Ok, the last two days, I've had a hard time breathing properly. Like I feel like I have to take a deep breath most of the time but when I try, I can't seem to take a deep breath. I have to keep trying and trying. It's getting cold and heading into winter season, and last winter, around December, I had similar problems with trouble breathing. Could this be caused somehow by the winter weather/coldness? What's going on?

It sound like asthma. I had very similar problems a few months ago, it was really hard to take a deep breath, and i was diagnosed with asthma. I got an inhaler to use when the problem occurs and it works instantly to open up my airways. See your Doctor asap! Asthma can be very serious if not taken care of.

Your lungs might be temporarily partially filling with fluid. Does the difficulty usually happen after you've drank a lot of water? The thing to do at such times is lie down and avoid overtaxing your oxygen supply. Just focus your mind on breathing until the trouble passes.
