Dont worry too much about what u eat just be sensible.Cut the fat off meat and dont eat the skin off the chicken, that kind of thing.Just increase ur exercise.Start by walking and running, maybe swimming,or play the sport u like best. Look at athletes they eat tons but look great.

At least 90 pounds overweight.

I don't think it is possible to lose 10 pounds a week consistently. You may be able to do it for the first week, maybe two weeks, but then I'm fairly sure it will level off, and you will have a much harder time losing weight. I think you can lose weight though, and I would focus on getting below 225 first, then below 200, and so on. The whole losing weight thing is burning more calories than you consume. I wouldn't skip too many meals, but instead, eat small ones. You will also burn 2-3 times more calories walking than you will sleeping, sitting on the couch or at the computer. If you are still drinking soda, koolaid, or anything like that still, then you should stop already and switch to water. Also, since you are already big, you might as well lift weights, because that should help convert fat to muscle. Skinny people have a harder time building muscles cause they have nothing to build it from.

If you plan on literally starving yourself, then you need to find a kidney donor beforehand because you will pretty much destroy both of your kidneys if you starve yourself.

there is absolutley no way u can lose 10-15 pounds of fat a week. how ever u can lose about 8 pounds a week but 2-3 pounds will be fat and about 6 pounds of it will just be water weight. water weight is just sweat u sweat out and loose weight and when u drink liquid it all comes back which is a sign that your hydrated. if u went from 268 to 249 doing what your doing then keep doing it because its obviously working. also theres no other way to loose fat unless u have proper diet and exercise. ppl think staying in the sauna room for a long time burns fat but its just water weight. also set a goal for yourself on how much body fat u want to have. healthy males have around 12-18% body fat. dont listen to charts anymore because everyones body is different. example is some ppl have bigger and heavier bones than others even tho they might be the same height which will affect their ideal weights. ive provided a link to a BMI calculator and all u have to do is put in your measurements including your neck and waist in inches and your weight and it will tell you an almost acurate body fat percentage. and its all up to u how much weight u want to lose to get to your desired body fat. good luck in getting in shape for the good of yourself.

the only way you will lose 10-15 lbs a week is by being anorexic, and or bulimic. and run, run, run. I don't suggest doing this. But at my worst. I lost 23 lbs in a week. i was in the hospital on a feeding tube then in long term treatment...

That's the only way you can lose that much weight. And it can really hurt you.

so don't.

just eat healthily. Stick to recommended serving sizes and cut out unnecessary fat. Butter, oil, drink lowfat milk, stop with chocolate, chips, you know the normal stuff.

It's a simple mathematics: you have to burn more than you eat. I lost tone of weight, and I have eaten what I want simply by calculating how much calories I've burnt and then eating what I can (like chocolate in small portions, fruits in large portions).
