Make sure your clothing and body language are not encoranging him to look there. If they are not, then politely bring it up to him.

After your talk with him if he stops looking down there consider problem solved. If not, inform your boss.


things to consider: he may flair up when you mention this to him. Most people, when confronted on something like this will become defensive. Afterwards if you can still work together well and he stops looking, then the conversation was worth it.
