flora proactive is a butter which lowers cholesterol and honey is a good source of natural fats and carbs. whole wheat bread is better than white. Is the combination of this three bad? ( fats etc)

Why would it be bad? Its fine, just make sure they haven't added sugar to the honey.

Honey is only really simple sugars and water the other components are not in nutritionally significant amounts. A few grams a day wont do you any harm
The thing to watch out for is actually salt. Bread and sometimes particularly wholemeal can have rather a lot of salt in it.
Don't know about spreads, if I make a sandwich I just put loads of tomato and lettuce in it so it doesn't need butter/margarine
