I got a tingling sensation all over my upper body and it was weird. First it got kinda numb, then it started to tingle, after it started to itch. I have been sick lately with some sort of cold... caughing, and I have broke out on my chin out of nowhere... probly because my immune system is weak because of the cold. Mainly what I want to know is... wtf just happened?? lol. =P

Cold led to the coughing, led to the costal chondritis which irritated the nerves in your thorax which fired leading to the parasthesias in your skin. The itching was probably your body not knowing what to do with the sensations so it just throws itching in there to cover all the bases. The chin is a common place to break out, unless it was numb too, and then I would be thinking leukemia. If your chin just went numb, you probably are a hypochondriac and need a girlfriend.

Are you taking OTC medication like antihistamines or dextromethorphan? Too much of either could cause such a reaction. If it continues I would see a doctor to be safe.
