Better serve the Lord through the Mind, Body and Wealth...:).
To serve through the mind means to keep your mind busy in only pozitive, useful matters for the self and others. It means that whatever is negative or ordinary you transform it into useful through the good wishes and pure feelings in your mind.
To serve through the body means to engage your actions for the uplifting yourself and others. And there are thousands of things and actions on can do in this .... but there is an entire knowledge of the circumstances that make an ordinary action become service of the self and others in the name of God.
To serve through wealth - is to use your wealth in a worth wile way - meaning in the most useful possible way. Use all you need for your survival and the survival of your family and rest ... invest it in service for God ..... 'cause the profit is so great in this deal.....:)
Those who give all theirs to God are very wise, because God will give back all His....:) It's such a good deal. BUT it is only done from the heart. It is not only a matter of giving time, help and wealth - this helps you give your weaknesses and receive powers in return. That is the most important aspect of the deal with God and that is why love from the heart has to be there in this deal....:)

If your serve your mind with proper sense then you will automatically serve the Lord. When you look around you all the things that are created naturally, we see that they all perform their allotted functions without any hindrance at their appointed time. Say the sun, the moon, even a small electron in an atom and so on all perform as per their design and requirement. In other words they are made to serve their Creator for an appointed time. Whereas man is one of the very few creations who is given a mind to think. Always he can choose to act. This way or that way, right or wrong, left or right and so on. But the natural way would be to abide by the nature. for example, consider the topic of Homo Sex which is getting prevalent today. Male - male relation physically. A normal human mind will say this is wrong. Still we have a situation where the most advanced people supporting this notion of male - male. When human minds rejects this idea as it is against nature, they have served their Lord. Precisely our Lord who is all Powerful doesnt need our prayer or anything else from others. It is we who needs the prayer to god to be done regularly to remember our rght path.

When you serve the mind you serve the things and the ways of the world of the flesh; in other words, you are serving your-self.
The Lord is Love and lives in your Heart and will make you serve others that don't have the Lord in their Hearts.
IF YOU LET THE LORD INTO YOUR HEART, YOU WILL BE GUIDED BY THE SPIRIT.

Mind is very powerful and a beginner can not fight with the mind. Serve the mind, which is in synch with serving the Lord. It's like giving a Cookie and diverting attention of the kid who is asking an irrelevant question.
In other words, we don't have to fight with an obstacle, rather use it as another step in the ladder.

The Lord. The Lord also known as Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu, Hari, etc. is within ones heart and the way we serve Him is by chanting His holy names and following the Guru, Saintly persons and shastra or Scriptures) in this way we can control the mind which is chasing after so many material desires. Humans are to control the mind. We first need to understand we are not this flickering mind we are the soul which is higher than the mind and we have to control it by taking shelter of the above mentioned. Thanks.
