I don't know about the 'Community Service' section, but I think the 'Etiquette' section requires proper sentence construction and spelling. That could be the primary reason?

Because chances are, making a post where you do nothing but talk to yourself about your religion (with a misplaced question mark at the end of the topic) over in THOSE sections might actually get you banned. As it should here, but doesn't.

I do actually answer in the etiquette section because one of my grandmothers was extremely proper and told me more than I ever wanted to know about behavior and manners. However, that knowledge does come in handy sometimes. ;)
