ok. i can relate to your situation. my family has screwed me over. they have lied and stolen from me. that was a while back and i learned to let things go. i feel bad for them because they have to answere to a higher judge someday. look at whom ever pisses you off and picture him or her dead, and in their coffin. that seems to work for me. i put a lot of distance between myself and my family. i will not allow them to upset me anymore. i have my children and thats all i need. don't ever wish death, wish them all the best. when you wish ill will towards someone, it will come back to you three-fold. wish them well, but wish them away. try to find some inner peace. you will know when you have it. if i didn't find inner peace, the hate and rage would have eaten me up alive. i like to walk in the woods in the morning. try something that works for you and stick with it. good luck.

I don't know your financial or medical situation so I can only share with you my predicament...

A couple of years ago I lost a great job, then immediately thereafter my wife and family to divorce.

I resisted help as long as I could, thinking macho guy that I was, it could be handled in private.

The sorrow, mixed with the anger, pushed me over the edge to the point where I didn't even recognize myself. That's when I knew I needed help.

Its good that you recognize what's going on with your emotions. May I be so bold to recommend therapy: either one-on-one, group or even medical.

The best therapy I ever had, one that gave me an indication I was on the road to recovery, was called 'psycho-drama'. It dealt with role-playing and identification of specific areas or events in your life. It will open your eyes, create a paradigm shift.

I use to be the same way. Then I shut them out. I moved nearly 2000 miles away, I don't go to their reunions or visit them.
These same people that treated me so badly now try calling me a lot or write letters. They always want to know when we're going to visit.
I know that they need me more than I need them and that is my satisfaction.
I don't plan on giving them that chance again. That was 15 years ago. I still ignore them.

Imagine your life without your family and friends. What kind of life would that be. You don't really hate them. When a person gets hurt it's natural to strike out.

You're putting too much emphasis on other people. You need to learn to love yourself. Stop caring what they think, say, do, BS BS BS. When you focus on yourself and really mean it, they may pick up on that and respect you more. It's a constant battle to not let people take advantage of you.

Hmmmmmmmmm, you and 6,000,000,000 others. Well truth must be experienced, all the great teachers of Gods and humans know this. "You will never be punished for your anger, your anger will punish you" True or False. It's very simple, truth always is. : )

EDIT: I think you like to giggle. : )

If you love them, you will not wish death on them. I think that's pretty much a given.

You are already doing something about it, keep it up. We can only try our best to control our emotions.
