No, the points come off your bank account. However, if you are parked by a hydrant, and there is a fire, the department does not have to wait to find you. If you are in the way, they just ram your car out of the way.

Not in the UK. However, if the Fire Brigade need to use that hydrant in an emergency they will, not necessarily being too careful of your car.

i do not believe so but if you are parked there and there is afire and that hydrant is needed do not be surprised if you come back to find a hose running through both windows of your car.

It is not a moving violation so, no points. Towing could be expensive though and they are quicker to tow in that situation. You don't want to know what they do to your car if there is a fire.

NO POINTS BUT AS STATED ABOVE AND IT HAS HAPPENED, IF YOUR VEHICLE IS PARKED NEXT TO ONE AND SOMETHING HAPPENS YOUR VEHICLE CAN BE COMPLETELY DESTROYED BY THE FIREFIGHTERS AND YOU ARE UP A CREEK AND YOU WILL NO BE ABLE TO FILE AGAINST THEM AND YOUR INSURANCE MIGHT NOT PAY FOR THE DAMAGES.
