she is playing with yuor mind and heart strings, and if u give into it, you'll make her feel secure and powerful and at the same time she will let u down again. be careful.

It could be a couple of things but probably one of these two:
She either likes you and wants to get back together with you or
She's bored and wants to see how you will respond.

depends on what you consider a "flirty message" she could just be trying to be friendly and still want to be friends with you.

I dont want to put you down but maybe its her way around boys. Is she one of thoes girls that love to flirt? I would flirt back and you never know what will work its way out of that.
