No. Lease with no down never happens. At least, I've never heard of one. It's more likely to buy with no or little down.

Yes and know. You should be able to get a lease with no down payment, but the lessor may not be willing to roll into the loan the other costs such as origination fee, taxes, title, etc. Also there are a number of lease providors besides Honda and Toyota, and the policies may vary.
