Jesus was sent by God to represent him on earth and to show the church through him the true nature of God .and to get the church to stop believing in fear.even christians today that say they believe in Jesus and in hell eternity are only deluding themselves,for the dont believe in christ

Jesus was a delusional Jewish peasant that probably never even existed. The fact that billions of people have believed this fantasy over the years is a sad statement on people's willingness to believe anything.
We might as well have a religion based on Santa Claus because he has shown more evidence of existing than Jesus.
If there is a "god" then why are you safe and warm tonight and some kid in Darfur is dying of hunger or being slowly tortured to death by a sick sadistic child molester. There is no God. So "love" your little fantasy, what a waste of time

He's the Word of God, who created everything. Who came down to 'strike a tent' of human flesh. He's the Right hand of the God, who took the keys of Hell, Death, and the Grave. He's the King, the Lord, and the Brother of those who trust in Him. He is the chief cornerstone, the Resurrection and the Life, the Light and the Way.

There are many names found for Him in the Old Testament...Try Isaiah 9:4.....and read The Case For Christ by Lee Strobel and Messiah by Grant Jefferies for starters, then find yourself a good teaching Ministry.
