I was playing this dogfighting game and i engaged a squadron called Grun. Then the leader said " All Grun units, set ejection handles to green". Iam just curious to what action the pilots must do when given that order.

I have been an ejection seat mechanic for many years in the Navy. There is no such thing, Pilots arm the seats by pulling out "safety pins" on most and by rotating a handle on some newer seats such as the SJU-17 in F/A-18's. All of this is done before flight. You wouldn't want to have to pull pins in an emergency. So the game was just bieng dramatic.

From an experienced jet fighter mechanic's perspective it's utter gibberish. Pure theatrics, like how they rack the slide on already loaded guns in the movies.
