Ok, first of all, there are two "two" kegs of beer. Not to. Second, if you have consumed so much of the beer that you are drooling and mispronouncing your first name, go home. If you can be a bit ironic, even a bit funny, go with it. Observe the scene, comment on it. DO NOT make reference to the babeishiness of the girl. Treat her like a human. Someone in the human race. You are both able to step back and obverse the human race, on your own terms. Be with her. Relax, have fun.

I'll give you a glimpse into the female mind...this female's anyway.
If I were in this scenario, the guy could simply introduce himself, and ask something about me i.e. how I know the party-thrower (heck, even if I know the party thrower), what school I'm attending, what I'm majoring in, what my interest are, etc. Or he could simply come up, and say something funny about the party or something going on at the party.

There is no such thing as a creepy conversation unless you look creepy to begin with. So if you're creepy to begin with no matter what you say will be taken as creepy. If they like you they like you and they will talk to you, if they don't like you they wont talk. One girl might think you're creepy and the next might not.
