Twenty year old motors like to be left alone. In a couple months your truck will be legal drinking age. That means if you even so much attempt to make more power your wallet will be drunk dricken sucked dry! How about a ford 5.0 engine and T-5 transmission? Or buy a new 4.0 liter frontier truck with 265 horsepower warranty and climate control and four doors?

Obselete Z-2.4 liter eight spark plug four Cyl. Please! That engine went out in 1994 never to be seen again. Bore and stroke small bore long stroke was all wrong for making any real revs and power with it. So when you do not see performance parts that is why. Truck motor.
