I am a mommy of four children--their ages are as follows:
2 years, 4 months & 2 days (Tessa)
3 months and 24 days (Lily)
4 months and 9 days (John)
15 days (Ella)

Tessa (my two year old) has quite a list so I'm pretty set for her. My other children obviously cannot make a list and so I'm pretty stuck on what to get for them. Do you have any suggestions?
Thank you!

You might get Ella one of those cuddly blankets with a stuffed animal head. It's sort of like a My First Bunny/Bear/Whatever-You-Like but because it's also a blanket, she'll be able to hug it at a very young age.

I'm guessing that John & Lily would be content with some very simple toys - rattles, teethers - but you might also try bath toys. My son got two bath puppets/mitts when he was just a few weeks old, and they've been favorites for all three years ... and counting!

There's also the Leapfrog Learning Drum. There's a version at Kmart for $20 - my son has an older model.
http://www.kmart.com/shc/s/p_10151_10104_1030000000710369P?vName=Gifts&cName=Boy&sName=All%20Toys%20for%20Boys&psid=FROOGLE&sid=KDx20070926x00003a

It's rec'd for 6 months and up, but as soon as they can hit it, John and Lily will like being able to make the drum react. The alphabet/counting features will be lost on them 'til they're a bit older, of course, but any toy that is fun for more than a few months is, in my book, a great choice.

You might also try to find the Kushies Stackrobats. They're soft figures with magnets in them, so they can be stacked and linked together. They're rated for ages one and up, but again, you'll get a lot of playing time out of them.

Good luck! Christmas shopping for wee ones is a challenge. :)

For the 4 month old, i would suggest somethingn with lights and movement. try some Baby einstein things. That also leaves "growing room" for the younger ones. So you won't have to re-buy later. The younger ones I would go for a stuffed toy or something like that. For your 15 day old, tey to see at Wal-Mart if they have the bears that have "sounds of the womb" it might help make her tansition a little easier, as well as a keeper as she rows into toddler years. Hope this helped!

i might sacrifice somebody else off your extensive record and not get them something. purchase the li'l guy a small present under $5 or so. Then take a image of him and the present to recollect his first Christmas and his first Christmas present from you.

How can you have a 3 month old and a 4 month old and a 15 day old? or is this a typo with the ages?

I just asked a question? There is no need to send a rude e-mail to me.

Good On You - u must be having such a hectic life right now!! I applaud u - cos i have twins and that's hard enough - let alone 4 so young!.
Anyway for your 3 youngest buy them a few developmental toys. These kind of toys have age groups on them, so it wont be hard to tell if they'll be OK for your babies.

I am person that feels if you can not afford to buy them presents it will not kill them.. We have more important things to buy them during the year then to worry about one day out of the year like christmas..

They are young and will not even know the differenceof one or two days with out you getting them something..

Sounds like you have your hands full. How about just some rattles, soft stuffed animals, clothes for the babies. I think it's great that you are able to give these children homes!

The littler the child, I say the easier the gifts are. Because your last 3 are under 1. get them soft plush animals or clothes. They don't need anything more than that because they really cannot enjoy them.

Shiny objects, and ones that are too big to swallow, and NOT made in China. If it makes them happy, well, bullseye! :)
A 15-day old needs no gifts. Life is still a lot of wonderment for them, so that's gift enough.
