What about melting the chocolate and dipping something in it?

Or...peanut butter balls dipped in chocolate

Mix 2 cups peanut butter, 1 cup coconut, 1 cup rice crispy cereal and 3-4 cups icing sugar. Mix really well, roll into balls. Chill. Melt chocolate. Dip balls. Let cool...enjoy!
