Because of the population...
Lack of proper planning....
Corruption in the departments...
As we know we get Driving Licence with out giving driving test. why? becoz of the Agents... they will charge some amount and give you the licence. So if a person does not know proper driving rules then how can they drive.
Secondly you know if you give 50 -100 Indian Rupees then they let your go.
If a person is charge thousand of rupees then no one will break the traffic rules. example if they fine 5000 to 10,000 rs then do you think any one will break the traffic rules. definitely not...

Hi, i'm Amrita studying in 9th.
B'coz of,over population.
Breaking traffic rules,like-children under 18 years who r unexperienced and untrained, r driving 2 as well as 4 wheelers without liscence.People are breaking traffic signals.College students are driving blindly in full speed,trying to be hritik of dhoom.
Der is no co-operation in driving.
If every individual follow d traffic rules,stop breaking laws,co-operate wid each other while driving and stop doing white collar crimes regarding driving dan soon india will also soon progress.

Lack of proper planning. Jaipur is a planned city and could be maintained in a very good way, but no one takes a step ahead. the another main reason is the rise in population.

Because a lot of people do not use public transport
Fewer routes to get from place to another
I do not agree with Infrastructure not being good.
