Cook your broccoli. Take one 8oz pkg of cream cheese softened, one package of ranch dressing powder mix and mix them together in a bowl. Stir in some milk a little at a time until you get about the consistency of regular dressing or maybe a tad thicker. It will usually be about 1 cup of milk. When you are done mixing the milk, cream cheese and ranch dressing mix put broccoli in oven safe dish and pour sauce over and stir to coat all your broccoli good. then add some shredded cheese to the top and put in the oven at about 375 and cook until all the cheese is melted and the broccoli is heated through. This is my own recipe and it is yummy!!!! My kids like it too. Hope this all makes sense to you since I don't actually have a recipe made out for it.

Melt half a stick of Velteta and half a stick of butter together and mix it with the brocolli. Crush one sleeve of Ritz crackers and mix with the other half stick of melted butter. Sprinkle on top and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Or for something simpler, boil in salted water and toss with butter and parsley. Yum Yum!!

1 pound package bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1-1/2 cups red grapes
raisins (as much as you want)
sunflower seeds (as much as you want) or chopped walnuts
Mix together 1 cup of mayo
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2-3/4 cup sugar
PREPARATION:
Mix together all ingredients except mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over salad. Chill, if desired
Enjoy!

You could cover the steamed broccoli in a bechamel or a cheese sauce, top off with grated cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg then bake in the oven until the cheese goes crispy

Grated parmesan, but it has to be the finest grade and freshly grated. Add a little freshly squeezed lemon juice. The real trick to broccoli is to steam it just right.
