I ate at Chili's for lunch today and decided to work out extra today so I went on a two hour run. After the run I came home and took a shower and decided that I would have a low calorie dinner. I had one scrambled egg for dinner with no cheese just plain. But after dinner, I craved a cookie so I ate a cookie which turned into three cookies! Then I ate a tangerine and after that an ice cream sandwhich. After that I had some of those yogo things. And then some fruit snacks! What should I do?! I weighed 141.9 pounds last monday and I've been eating really healthy since then and going on walks and working out at the gym. Help!

You have to get a hold of yourself. Sometimes you just have to be contented with one cookie instead of three. And sometimes you have to say no to sweet treats. Have a piece of fruit instead of ice cream and whatever those yogo things are (sounds horrible!).

Well good just good .some of this things ...its really hard to stay away from food if you see food and its near your reach ...so what i would say is ...dont buy food and store in fridge ...empty the fridge and just add a feww things you want to use when doing this diet thing ...look get eggs ,drink /tea ..could be a lemon tea bottle ,a few fruits and alot of greens for making a dish for dinner ,make a salad dish as your dinner plate, these are the things you can keep at the moment in your fridge .

You will see that it will help you to avoid eating too much when you are willing and hoping so much to lose some pounds ...be true to yourself if you want to lose ...ok..

Good luck and try reducing buyn food for storing in th house or fridge ...less is better to keep you on track .

Your bmi is 21.4, which is in the normal healty weight range.
The reason why you are binging is because you are depriving your body of the nutrition that it needs. Having just a plain egg for dinner is not healthy. You need also protein and a starch. I am guessing that you think that you are fat and need to loose weight, but trust me a bmi of 21.4 is not fat, and also too if you are single you will have a hard time finding a man if you get super skinny
