can my kitten see at night to go to the litter box? i'm afraid to turn the light off incase he can't.?

I turn my lights off and my cat ha always made it to the litter box. If you are truly concerned about it then just get a night light. I do have one in my kitchen jus to off where my cat goes so I am sure that does help but does not use a lot of electricity.

Cats have better night vision than they do during the day... I always leave my lights off at night and my cats find the litter box just dandy!

Usually, you only have to show them once where the litter box is. After that, they know day or night. Like everyone else has said, they have great night vision.

i have a cat, and they know where the litterbox is by sense of smell. I dont know if your kitten doesnt smell the litter, but if it doesnt, dont worry, they can see better than us in the dark!
