One of those urban legends that stupid people tell.

Your tattoo is only under about 2-3 layers of skin its NOT in your blood flow.
There is no worries hun, if you want reassurance talk to your doc.

no not at all!! there are some people that get the baby's name on there skin after they have been born and they continue to have kids and keep adding names. If this statement was true the tattoo industry would be shut down by now for all the sick baby's in the world.I don't know who told you that but they are wrong ... its completely safe!! i hope this helped a little bit

That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard - absolutely not true. The baby has a separate blood supply than you do. Did you know that women who have HIV/AIDS do not necessarily pass it to their unborn children? Don't worry about your tattoo ink getting to your baby. In fact, go get another one for your baby. Just kidding! Congrats by the way...

Both my mom and stepmom have tattoos and have 2 children apiece and nothing has happened to either of their kids including me. So I say no. The ink needle is not even put into your bloodstream.

Of course, every woman who has a tattoo has a child that comes out with tattoos on its head, hands, and feet. Haven't you seen the millions and millions of babies that look like that? You haven't? Hmmmm...

NO!

Ink is in a layer of skin, not in your blood and will never get into your blood, so there is no way it would get into the babies blood.

Read up on skin and blood and the answer will obvious to you:

WTF?? Okay, for all the morons out there, this is totally FALSE. I can't believe people are really dumb enough to keep repeating this rumor...my baby is a perfectly healthy one year old with above average intelligence. Oh, and I had 7 tattoos when I was pregnant with him (I have 8 now).

No.

A tattoo gun puts ink between the layers of your skin. It's not going to seep in and get your baby somehow.

No it is not true. I have 5 tattoos and also have twin boys. The boys are fine and didn't get ink poisoning. Who told you that? A dumbass most likely.

no but if it did it would totally AWESOME cuz then you would have a freaking ink Babbie which he would have the power to like make tattoos with his finger nail and shoot ink out of his but like an octopus so when hes being bullied he can pull down his pants and spray all over the place now i don't see many kids doing that now a days so that would be AWESOME
