Perferably one that isn't to difficult to make because I want to make it for a small dinner party I'm hosting for my friend's birthday (6 people).

Make sure your veal or chicken is pounded thin take 2 or 3 eggs beaten Italian bread crumbs olive oil heat oil in frying pan on medium heat dip chicken or veal in egg let excess egg drip off dip chicken or veal in breadcrumbs cook until golden brown you may have to cook the chicken a little longer.

Pound your chicken or veal until it is the same thickness across the piece. Sprinkle with a very small amount of flour, black pepper, and a little garlic powder. Let sit 5 minutes. Then dip in milk and dip in bread crumbs. Fry in just enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan - until it is lightly browned. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350º for 15 minutes. This helps the meat relax.

That is the recipe for Wiener Schnitzel. Serve with a milk gravy.

slice chicken fillets into chunks, put salt and pepper, dredge in flour, dip in beaten egg then toss in the this breadcrumb mixture: equal parts of bread crumbs and grated parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste and a tablespoon of parsley chopped finely. deep fry in oil 'til golden brown.
salsa is a great dipping sauce for this or a simple spaghetti with marinara sauce is also a good accompaniment.

there really isn't a recipie...just coat rhe chicken in flour, then egg wash, and lot of breadcrumbs. fry in butter or vegetable oil.
