its one charge of burglary and two charges of receiving stolen property and its been over 30 days and nothing has happened and his mother thinks that its because they are trying to drag out the court dates due to the fact that he will be 18 in january what do you think?

Rehabilitation is ordered in case a juvenile is involved in the trial of the case.

To my knowledge, it will get expunged when you are 19. That is if you committed the crime when you were a juvenile.

If they do press charges when you are 18 that is a different story, it may stick.
