There's this guy I work with and we don't work together much but when we do, were cool and he teases me. He also teases every other girl also. I'm thinking he is a big flirt , but when sometimes when ever were around other people he acts like i'm not there. Could he like me or is this how he just acts around everyone?

I know this list is huge, but I found it extremely helpful when I was going through the same thing. With an outgoing guy, try to see if he becomes a bit more quiet while he's around you. Or if his behavior SOMEHOW changes when you're near.
He likes you…
1. If he tries means and ways to talk to you or stay close to you
2. If he is usually outgoing then suddenly becomes quiet or conservative around you
3. If he tries to keep you from leaving or leaves only after you leave
4. If he goes the same direction as you when he usually goes the other way
5. If he sometimes he bullies you
6. If he’s the one that usually initiates conversation
7. If he smiles whenever he sees you
8. If he does his best to make you comfortable
9. If he acts differently around you than other people
10. If he admires what you do even when it doesn’t deserve to be admired
11. If he looks into your eyes when you’re in conversation

Aha - I think that is a big clue that he DOES like you. If he gets quiet around you or ignores you he might actually be expressing more respect for you, or he might be afraid of saying something inappropriate or stupid. I could be wrong, but I've seen this a few times.

He could be just flirting (or working the crowd/room), I do it all the time ... the only way to know is to ask him. You can do it in a round-about way as well ... just say something like ... "I bet you flirt with all the girls" ... and see what he says ... and go from there. You can even say something like "what would your girl friend say about you flirting with all these girls?" You will know by his answer; womans intuition is mostly correct 99.9% of the time :)

First if he likes you he would ask you out and second they stare at you. He might keep it a secret that he likes you but boys usually have reactions to the girl he likes.
