Most likely causes:

There might be a typing error in the address.
i tried this page http://support.microsoft.com/kb/926431 every step and it does ot work
have solve this problem or you know how solve it.
and windows firewall is turn off.

I TRIED:
refresh
go back
reboot
turn off firewall
if you someone that fix it. let me know it.
