have solve this problem or you know how solve it.
and windows firewall is turn off.

reboot

check your internet connection and see if your connected o the Internet it should be on the right hand side of your screen on the desktop. If it's a laptop make sure all the buttons are on, epsecially the wireless on button.

2. Website typing error (type the name of the site correctly and DOUBLE CHECK if you copied it right the first place)
3. The servers could be down.
4. Make sure internet explorer can access the internet.

If you did everything on that microsoft support page, then the website you are trying to reach is probably not there any more or is currently being edited.

Try FireFox - it's quite excellent. I just installed IE7 and I get the error you described "every time" ... can't even browse the web with it. THANKS MICROSOFT!
