I have yet to find a website that corrects English grammar flawlessly. However, the bible "know-all and be-all" of English grammar is a book called : "The Writing Handbook" by Krammer (Loyola Press). It's about 900 pages of every English grammatical rule ever imaginable and very easy to use for foreigners.
Any grammar question you have about English is in this book.

yeh, Microsoft Word is the most common and easiest to use. It'll underline phrases which may be grammatically incorrect and give you options for corrections. It also spell checks.
