Because evil exists in this world we cannot avoid what men may do. But Jesus came to overcome the world and those who put their trust in him will have salvation. This does not mean that bad things will not happen but when they do we can have confidence in God to keep us saved.

It is not God's fault for penetrating such an horrible event.
The guilt should be on the ones responsible,
I know at times we do not understand why things happen as they do, but God knows and when we get to Heaven He will let us know the answer to so many questions.
I too was angry with God when my Daughter was murdered in such a brutal way I scream at God and ask Him why, she was a good daughter. But God let me know they will not go unpublished.

I'm not sure your question makes much sense, but if you're asking why sin exists if God exists, the answer is because man's disobedience is the source of all sin. We are all disobedient, we all sin. God allows us, then, to choose to continue in our disobedience or to accept a way out: we must be born again in newness of life by faith in His Son, Jesus Christ.
