im looking for a good camera that has both aperture priority and shutter priority. also, that the price is reasonable, say less than $300. and if ur in canada, where can i get them?

Most DSLR cameras have aperture and shutter priority settings. Several higher-end digicams, such as the Canon G9, have that feature.
If you're into film cameras, the Minolta XD-11 was the world's first multi-mode 35mm camera, offering both aperture and shutter preferred as well as manual metering. (Leica sold the XD-11 as their R-4 & R-5 cameras).
Check with henrys.com - he is a Canadian camera store owner who also sells a lot on ebay.
