Well. According to a recent study it is bad for you. It says brushing leads to the wearing of enamel leading to VERY bad things! If you brush your teeth 2-3 times a day use a new toothpaste called PRONAMEL. It strengthens your enamel every time you brush. So all of the enamel you harm is restored and makes your teeth pearly white. That is your best choice.

Actually, you should brush after every meal AND before you go to bed to get rid of any deposits from snakies or drinks you have had since dinner, after all, the only thing which I think does not create plaque is water, an anti bacterial rinse before bed would also be good. The nasties play at night when you are sleeping. JB

Nice guy, you made me laugh.

i don't see why not, i brush my teeth every time i eat, i'm a little compulsive about it, i feel like i need to brush my teeth every time food goes in my mouth, if i'm walking through the kitchen and grab a couple of chips out of the bag and thats all, after i eat them, i automatically want to brush my teeth.

Depends on how strong ur teeth are. Also, it is important that u use soft or extra soft toothbrushes. Brushing too hard can lead to gum recession, which is harmful.

Yes, you should only get concerned if your gums get really sensitive or raw. You don't really need to brush more than 3 times a day for good oral health.
