how can i lose fat. im 5 10 and want to be a size 3 about im about a 9 how can i do this the healthy way and please no negative critisism i do workout to keep what figure i have i just want to be smaller. I kno i could lose some fat.....

Nothing about being bone thin is healthy, there is just no way. It's gross and unappealing, and way over promoted by the media.

the only way for you to be both healthy and bone thin is to be active all the time. I mean really really active. This way you can eat just about anything you want and not have to resort to stupid diets and bad bulimic habits.
Having said that, you also have to keep in mind that no matter how thin you are, certain foods are just bad for you. (food that clog the arteries such as donuts and other high cholesterol food).
My advice to you in a sentence is get plenty of sleep ( at least 8 hours), eat lots of fresh food, and stay active by all means possible.

what i have to say is start eating healthier and drink a lot of water, dont eat out or much junk food..dont eat after 7 at night and exercise..thats the best way..agreed bone thin is not good..

Dance, skip, push ups, sit ups, run, jog, walk
drink lots of water, eat veggies and fruits
not a bunch of junk food or fried food
only eat when your hungry and eat until your full
drink water with your meals and eat slow
keep moving, stretch
do a little weight lifting
have fun!

At 5'10, it's not possible to be a healthy size 3. You're tall. You're going to weigh considerably more than your 5'5 friends. I'm as tall as you, and I'm a 13. And I'm fine with it. I realize I'm tall, and as a result, I need to wear large sizes.
