What is a good way to tone your body and lose weight at the same time? Like any particular exercises? I am looking to lose weight because I am 5 7 and 175 lbs, and apparently that is overweight. I want to start exercising but I don't have mcuh free time to devot to it (like 40 minutes or so..) and I don't really know how to get started. Any suggestions?
My eating habits are actually pretty good, so I just need to get active.
