The USA stole California and Texas from Mexico so when USA citizens start their rants about illegals do they ever consider who the illegals actually are?

LightningStruck, Texas was populated by Americans by negotiations by Houston with Spain regarding grants which were initially not recognised by Mexico but then accepted. The early white settles had to become Mexican, adopt Spanish names and Catholocism. Santa Anna was the Mexican Army Commander captured by Gen Sam Houstons Texas Army in 1936 after the war in which those settlers broke their settlement agreements. After that war of independance Texas declared itself a republic but it was never recognised by Mexico. Texas was siezed by annexation in 1845 and only conceded by Mexico after the Mexican-American war from 1846-1848.
It was taken from Mexico by force in the wars.

Badcock, California was aquired from Mexico by means of war declared by the USA in 1846, prior to that it was a Mexican colony,before that a Spanish colony and before that belonged to the Native Americans.
So what gives the present occupiers, who took it by force, and more right to consider themselves more legal than the last occupiers who also took it illegally by force from its previous occupiers?
