Not if you've been shopping all day. That is hard on the feet!!

Your feet grow so gradually, I don't think they would hurt from growing. :)

Shopping or working may be the cause, or maybe even your shoes are getting tight. A big reason feet hurt at night is when you've consumed a lot of salt in one day, and the salt caused your tissues to save lots of water. Where do tissues save water? Hands and feet, to start with.

If it's salt retention, there are a couple of things you can do, and if it doesn't work, then you need to look for other causes.
Use a diuretic (a natural one is caffiene).
Raise your feet above your heart.
Wear tight socks (forces water elsewhere).

Hope I've given you something to think about!
