I used regular deodorant for years, but now I have an allergy. I found a few deos that don't have aluminum, but---let's just say, I'm not satisfied.
Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone know a better alternative?
Thanks.

I think Tom's is what I'm using. It's yellow...

Dust underarms with baking soda; Tom's of Maine makes a natural deoderant which also uses baking soda as a main ingredient, I believe.

I am a cancer patient and am strongly encouraged not to use anti persperant while on treatment for allergy and infection issues.

I have a sweat problem, so... There are several different deodorants that you can use, and the pharmacist at any walmart or drug store can advise you on the brands they have. However, I have never felt they do an adequate job. I sweat profusly, and always felt nasty and stinky.

My best solution was a crystal and lots of baby powder. I washed often, used baby wipes during the day or if I was out anywhere. I literally carried around a refillable mini container for baby wipes and a small bottle of baby powder.

There are aluminum-free deodorants available such as from the brand Bionsen. This is the one I use (roll-on version) and whilst perhaps not as "sweat blocking" as standard deodorants (they contain aluminum for a reason) it works well enough.

Tom's of Maine has some great personal products, including deoderants that are aluminum free.

Check it out to try it. You can find their products at most health food stores, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and the like.

Try alum sticks or check Mitchum deodorant, I am not sure but it may not contain aluminum.

Check at your local health food store or GNC for other alternatives.

Make sure you're using a deodorant.
Sounds like you've been using an ANtiperspirant.
