Ok i have a problem with my boyfriend, he is really lovey dovey when no one else is around but lately he is being really mean like i was jpking around and asked him if he was getting me something for my b day and he told me that he tought i wasent worth the trouble and he constantley tells me that i have no brains and the other day hei left him messages and he didnt call me back, normally i would just break up with him but im the first girlfriend he has had so i dont know if he is just scared or if he is a jerk please help me.

Someone who is scared doesnt mistreat people they treat them even nicer in the hopes of NOT losing them they dont try to run them off, he IS a jerk DUMP him yesterday.He is just trying to get you to the place emotionally and mentally that you will be afraid no one else will want you.This is controlling and yes it is fear that he will lose you to someone else for treating you like crap.Or he is just trying to maintain the upper hand by brow beating you into being afraid you cant get anyone else.
Dump him!

sweetie, people only treat you the way you allow them to. even if you are his first girlfriend, no one deserves to be treated ugly. why not try talking to him first. maybe he just doesn't know what he is saying. good luck dear.

and thinks that you're not worth a birthday present
find someone who thinks you're worth all that and more
