My bf is 19, i'm almost 16. I was dating a 19 year old 2 5 months after turning 15. It's not illegal, and sex isn't either as long as you both agree and the rents do too. My rents are cool enough to agree to such. My family is just like that. If the rents do find out, they can get him for statchatory rape.

it depends on the state you live in...if you are in california then the age is 18...that means someone 18 and older can only have sex with someone 18 or older

i think it is because legally he's an adult and you're a minor. but in my opinion, who cares! it's three years and it's not like you're trying to get him in trouble.
