The PS3 is already more powerful. When you look at the video game console trends of the Sony consoles, the future for the PS3 looks the brightest in my opinion. The PS1 sold over 100 million consoles world wide in just under 10 years, the PS2 sold over 100 million consoles world wide in just under 6 years, and I think that the PS3 will once again dominate the gaming market in a minimum of 2 years and I think that the PS3 will sell over 100 million consoles worldwide too, just like the PS1 and PS2.

And I think that Sony will keep the online gameplay free because they have always had free online gameplay, and making the online gameplay free is just one reason out of many reasons to buy a PS3.

The PS3 is said to have a 10 year life cycle by Sony. I think that a new Xbox console will be coming out in the next 3 years, but I think that another Sony console will be coming out in at least 5-6 years from now. Also, when you look at the exclusive games coming for the PS3, they really outshine any Xbox 360 exclusive, and the Wii isn't even in the same ball game as the 360 and PS3.

The PS3 is probably several years ahead of it's time in terms of technology and processing in comparison to the Wii and Xbox 360. As for the Xbox 360, I think that the technology used in it is already outdated when you compare it to the PS3's.

I really don't see how the Wii can evolve more. I guess a built in DVD player for the Wii would be good, but if you think about it, most people that have Wii's already own DVD players or other game consoles that can play DVD's.

The PS3 is already technichly more powerful and with Sony's 10 year life span on there consoles I believe by 2016 or 2017 it will be finished. The 360,well I doubt it will make it to 2010 how microsoft abandoned there original Xbox a year after the 360 came out so you know as soon as microsoft comes up with another brilliant idea, bye bye 360 hello 720.

yea you can tell by the quality of the best titles for each system currently how good things are probably going ;to get for each system. The 360 has some stunning graphics and great games out right now, but ps3 is really starting to put their network into motion and the graphics are even more stunning. although they kind of tripped up in the begining i have a feeling that the ps3's will be selling like ps2's are still, in a few or more years
