My sister is the spawn of evil and I have used every trick I know of to get back at her but nothing works. What things can I do to get back at her w/o getting into trouble. I NEED SOME TIPS HERE PPL!!!!!!!!!

You don't mention your ages... which would help.
She may be acting out on needing attention. The younger siblings will naturally act-out to get their way. The only thing you can do is tell them, "Look, if you are going to act that way, I don't care to put up with you! I will only be around you if you behave and be nice." Then walk away... go to your room or go for a walk around the block to blow off the stress.
A walk around the block is generally a good idea in any pressure-cooker situation. It will help you to keep from transferring that stress into other situations like school.
You can also offer the carrot-and-stick approach... we've just gone over the "stick". You can also "reward" her in some way... perhaps allowing her to wear something of yours, play a game with her or take her shopping or something like that.

my brother, 19 now, and me, 17 now, never believed our parents when they told us that we would grow up to appreciate each other and get along. we argued, fought, and did caniving things to each other for years; here we are now, closer than we ever were. my best suggestion is to talk to her, tell her that what she's doing is really hurting you and you wish the two of you could get along with one another. hopefully she can understand the level of seriousness coming from you and drop her acts.
remember, don't ever lower yourself and two wrongs don't make a right.

okay maybe this sounds wack, but why dont you talk to her sister to sister and try to find out why she's like that. talk some sense into her. thats what i used to do.
