I'm not sure how to research this. The thing is, I'm going to be graduating in 2009. Then I'm going to Maryland to live with my aunt/uncle and go to school up there.

Will I have to take another test to get my licence?

As long as you're a full-time college student, then you can keep the license of your home state. You'd also have to keep your car registered in Florida and couldn't be registered to vote in Maryland. Plus, you'd have to keep a domicile in Florida (if your parents will still be living in Florida, you'd be able to keep their address as your legal address). It doesn't matter whether you live on-campus or off-campus.

Yes anytime you relocate(permanently) to another state in the union you have 30 days to get a new licence or ID.

If you use your aunt and uncle's address as your permanent address, then yes, you will have to get a MD license.
