Make an appointment to see a psychiatrist. I wouldn't want to run around in public raving about things that don't exist -- like ghosts or God -- that would be embarrassing.

Atheists, by and large, don't believe in Ghosts. If I saw something that is unexplained, I would want to know what it is. I would not assume that something that does not exist will suddenly come into existence.

I can watch scary movies involving ghosts with no trouble whatsoever, because I know everything that goes on in them is without any possibility of becoming true. I just laugh.

However, whenever I watch a slasher movie, when the antagonist is human, I get so scared I can hardly stand it.

What ever are you talking about?

What would being an atheist have to do with seeing a ghost?

Are you suggesting that seeing ghosts would be equivalent to proving the existence of God? I don't think there's anything in the Bible that suggests that God would condemn any of his children to walk the Earth as ghosts...

Seeing a ghost might scare an atheist. It would probably scare anyone. Buy life, like Scooby Doo, seems to have more fake ghosts than real ones....

I imagine thats what anybody would do.

What do ghosts have to do with atheism? Undoubtedly some atheists believe in ghosts. Atheism is disbelief in a deity. Since ghosts are not deities, it is entirely possible for an atheist to believe in ghosts.

I've seen many ghosts. I've gotten so used to it that it usually barely gets a notice at all.

My last experience, I walked into my bedroom to find a shadow ghost sitting on my bed. You could tell it was a woman. She turned to look at me when I entered the room. I just ****** my head to the side and looked at her for a minute, then turned and walked out of the room because I didn't feel like dealing with her at that time. She was gone 10 minutes later when I came back.

*shrugs* I'm used to it.

They're just ghosts.

Thanks nice Question!!!! *sarcasm*

I'm atheist and the first thing i would do is scream because that would scare the crap out of me. Just like anyone that is not atheist. Then I would say I knew they were real. I may be atheist but I still believe in ghosts. And Aliens.

Atheists don't imagine about non-existent beings. So atheists will never see any ghosts or gods for that matter.

Since the bible says there are no ghosts, believers of the bible would have a bigger problem than any atheist.

An atheist would simply seek the scientific explaination. A theist would have to admit his bible is erroneous.
