i no adults should drink like 8 glasses bout what about kids

At 13 your are on the same nutritional guidelines as an adult. So you need the 8 glasses as well.

You should have about 1 ml of water for every calorie you eat. So if you eat 1800 calories a day, you need 1800 ml (1.8 L) of water a day.

6-8 (8 oz) glasses a day will probably get you close.
