It's a good thing they didn't have Viagra at the same time.

Probably Mose, he had to keep that bunch of Israelites in line for 40yrs in the wilderness. Always griping, bickering, crying because they wanted to go back to Egypt for the garlic and the leeks. Yep, he probably had a migraine he couldn't get rid of, I'm sure he would have rather get rid of them too.
Poor Moses, had to follow that bunch for a really long time. Just before they cross over to the promise land, they got thirsty, probably couldn't get the water to them fast enough. God told him where the water was and gave him the instructions. Mose's must have been fed up after having these people at the promise land at last. He didn't obey and smote the rock, because of his disobedience he was punished by God and he was not allowed to go to the promised. Moses died on the Mt. and was buryed there. Before his death he probably wished he had stayed in Egypt. What a reward for such a one that loved God and made a mistake like that.Excuse me, got to get some aspirin, now I have a headache and my neck hurts.

Actually, the HEBREWS in Moses' time weren't yet Israelites, as they hadn't yet gotten to the promised land. Israel was named after Israel (aka Jacob), so "Israelites" didn't exist until a land name Israel existed ;-)

Of course, they already knew willow salic (willow bark tea), and that contains the same active ingredient as aspirin, so that probably didn't hurt.

No, it was Moses who needed the aspirin.

He had to deal with their non-stop demands---some questioned his leadership and wanted to go back to Egypt, others wanted non-veg items on their menu and still others complained about the beverage or the lack of it. And, of course, on occasions they found time to party (around the golden calf and their liaison with the Midianite damsels)!

They went through a lot of rabbits. God wanted them to put rabbits on the altar and burn them, so he could sniff the smoke. How many times in the bible does it say "for a sweet smelling savour unto the LORD."?

What? No, it wasn't talking about flowers. No.

no, They just got tired of hearing the complaints! That is an awesome story How God allowed them to wander in the desert for 40 years for all their griping and complaining- a trip that whould have taken 11 DAYS. God provided food (Manna) their clothes, nor their shoes (sandals) wore out- It's just amazing- how stubborn we can be, Yet God hangs in there with us!

hello?

No. Aspirin hadn't been invented yet. Maybe that's why they had such stiff necks.
