You could be your own step-grandpa, if you marry your grandma, but it'd be an illegal marriage.

There's a song called "I'm My Own Grandpa," in which a man marries the widowed mother of his father's young second wife, i. e. of his stepmother. At this point he's his father's (step)father-in-law and his stepmother's stepfather--and his own double stepgrandfather.. Then each couple has a baby boy, so that the narrator is stepgrandfather to his brother and his son is his step-uncle..
