Neutering=castration. They cannot just glue their testicles back on.

Get your cat neutered anyway. It's the right thing to do.

There wouldn't be a need to reverse it, you're not using him as a breeding stud for show purposes.

Neutering removes the parts that make the sperm, so no, it's not reversable.

No. It's not like a vasectomy. The testes are removed completely and discarded.
