I am a Christian and I have friends and co-workers that are Muslims and Jews and we get along just fine. We are brothers and sisters as far as being human beings but, as far as our religious standing we have nothing in common. I do not accept anyone as a relative spiritually speaking who is not a member of the body of Christ. Any person who does receive the biblical Jesus as the Messiah, God in the flesh and believe salvation is by grace alone in Christ alone apart from works is no spiritual brother or sister of mine because they are not children of God but children of the devil. The Jews do not accept Jesus as the Messiah, because they are still waiting for the Messiah to come and the Muslims only consider Him as a prophet, teacher and a good man. They cannot stand the idea of even considering God as a Father.

Read your history, there has been some kind of war for about 1000 years between Christian and Muslim, as for the Jews: Charlemagne in 800 had to make them his personal subjects just to protect them. I'm afraid that the war feeling that we are now living is just a bi-product (please forgive my bluntness) of a overpopulated European Continent that about 1000 years ago had the choice of slowly dying from starvation and\or malnutrition (because of over population) or eliminate some present population (mainly Jews and Heretic Christians) and conquer new lands (the crusades).

Since when did Christians have something against Jews and Muslims? Jesus was a Jew. Muslims consider Jesus a prophet. I was unaware of Christians being involved in whatever you think is going on. You think Christians hate everyone else that isn't Christian? Yeah, Jesus only talked to people who already loved God. You must see a totally different side of this, because I have no idea what you're referring to.

Yes we are Brothers, we worship the same God, even the Catholics too, I think it is probably the real enemy(satan) who is making us kill each other.
But how can we stop this?
Muslims hate Jews , Jews hate Christians, Catholics hate Jews, Jesus taught us to love everyone, so why can't we.
Maybe we all(Muslims , Jews, Catholics & Christians) need to forgive and not to seek revenge over our brothers deaths because this is what keeps the killing going on and on.

The Christians started it. They didn't like the Jews so they dumped their Jewish problems on the Muslims who started screaming at everyone.

Well, it's just like being in the school yard. There's always a bully. And, everyone knows that you can never pacify a bully. The only way to deal with a bully is to take him on directly.

In the case of the above listed religions, islam is the bully in the schoolyard. It's whole belief system is based upon violence, hatred and intolerance. It responds to criticism with deception and deceit.

Is there any way to reconcile islam with Christianity? No, unfortunately not. When muhammed was inventing islam, he specifically rejected and denied the divine nature of Jesus, Son of the one true God. In so doing, I believe that he therefore rejected and denied God Himself. Hence "allah".

There's no way to reconcile a difference like this.

And, unfortunately, islam has a VERY long history of violence and mandate to spread itself by violence.

It is not the religion that makes us fight. It is the biological desire to be the best. Because we have different beliefs we born and raised to believe, we, each of us, insist that our way is the only way and the right way.

Man does not kill man over religion, we kill only to be the best, as we see it. Whether it be the religion, the way of life or simply the amount of money we have.

Unfortunately, there will never be a time when all men will gather and be as one. We can only strive to be tolerant and forgiving.

Love is a very powerful thing, but it has no bearing on the lives or beliefs of mankind.

Milk,
I choose not to argue, fuss, or fight with others. I express my opinion ONLY when I am asked to do so and I try NEVER to attack others anywhere at any time of day or nite. I am a Christian and I have learned that all should be able toi have their own personal beliefs in this world. I do teach others but ONLY with their permission. I also study with others frequently. Have a wonderful evening and a glorious week.
Thank YOU,
Eds

Stephanie,
I do not agree with you on this point... SORRY!
