You might have more energy tomorrow. No negative affects. Centrum is a very low dose vitamin. Most of the vitamins are water soluble and you will pee them out. The oil soluble ones aren't harmful unless you take mega doses for an extended period of time.

Mostly, you will just pee out the excess, but too much of some vitamins can be dangerous. Nothing serious will happen by taking 7 Centrum, but why did you do that? You must have known that 7 would be too many of anything. This sounds like you were hoping for something to happen. Drink plenty of water to flush out your system, then don't take more than the recommended dosage of anything in the future.

You will be all right. Just like anything else, your body can only process so much and no more. The directions on the vitamin bottle are there for a reason. You may experience some unpleasant effects like the runs or an upset stomach. Try to imagine if they had been sleeping pills or antphetimines instead of just vitamins. Wake up!

Well, nothing happened if you're writing at these posts. It depends on when you took them. Most drugs and vitamins stays in your system for about 6-12 hours. Basically, vitamins does have toxic in it. I heard that from a medical examiner program when this woman took so much vitamins and other supplements than she died. It can slow down your heart and other organs but I am not a doctor. The only solution is to call the Poison Control Center in your area or 911. I suggest but don't know if you're already in the hospital after posting this question that you seek medical attention.

There could be some toxic effects from the iron and a few others in there. Look up the upper limits for all of the vitamins and minerals online and calculate to see if you may have taken a toxic dose (multiply amount in pills by 7).

You will not urinate you Vitamins A, D, E, &K (although K is easier to excrete than other), and some minerals, so water will helps, but not for all of them.

Continued over usage of vitamins could cause some problems I would think. You need to get vitamins made for your age group. Flinstone vitamins are for children. I am not sure doubling the dose is adequate or too much. Just don't do it again until you have talked to your doc. It could make you feel sick to your stomach though. All vitamins do that to me. Also they could make you constipated.

Well, why in the world did you take 7?

It could, I would call a doctor. You just took 7 days worth of every vitamin. Those vitmins have 100% of the vitamins you need in 1 day.

Nothing serious will happen- but you may end up peeing most of the excess out and your urine may be a bit fluorescent. I'd recommend not trying that again though- it's best to have things in moderation rather than excess even if it's something healthy, like a vitamin.

I dont have a bottle in front of me, but you CAN overdose on certain supplements----especially toxic is Vitamin A.

Drink a sh!tload of water and take a laxative, get that moving and out of you the quicker the better.
