my digital camera light turns green then my screen flashes blue quickly but turns off, although the green light still appears on...please help me, can i fix this or is it just broke? .. please reply

Well, no good news...It is broke (mine has done something same when it got wet...anything like that happened?), and if you keep on trying to turn it on you're risking to cause an irreversible damage. I suggest you just take the batteries out of the cam and have it fixed by professionals.

Your camera is now useable as a paperweight. Its dead. It will likely cost more to repair it than a new camera will cost.
