experience the kind of joy i feel when you think about satan's doom? and the utter brilliance God demonstrated in defeating him? i mean debate aside, how edifying is it to understand (those of you who do) the vicory we have in Jesus?

i mean not only did lucifer bite the hand that fed him, but he totally formed the rope that is wrapped around his neck... he was driven to hate us because of his hatred for God, the same way a coward is driven to attack his enemy's spouse... and i can't help but sieze up in sheer delight, to know that we along with our Lord will deliver the wrath he invited... i wonder if he even realizes how hopeless it is for himself... oblivious to his own obliviation?

A Christian who loves God and others, and true victims, does not sing "sympathy for the devil, but has and will have a holy relief and joy in reverence for God that that the devil, the adversary to our souls, finally is debased and gets his due, of whom Jesus, the opposite of him, said, was "a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, ecause there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it" (Jn. 8:44).

And who "cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy:" while Christ came "that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly" (Jn. 10:10).

Yet tragically are the multitudes who follow the devil, whose destruction he seeks, as those who chose to die in their sins, having rejected their day of grace, will share the same abode with the devil: .

(Mat 25:41) "Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:"

(Rev 20:10) "And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever."

May all, "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord"(Acts 3:19).

I take no joy in any creatures eternal destruction. Instead I take joy that God has provided an escape for anyone who is willing to accept his free gift of salvation and Satan cannot take that oppurtunity away from us.

It is great that your beliefs give you joy and love. You have to see that other people who do not believe, find joy, love, and hope in different things than you do. I think that just as you find joy in God, others find freedom and librated through not believeing. I think that as long as people are happy, loving, and have hope, it doesn't matter where they find it at.

Satan, like God, is a fictional character. To take delight in his demise is reasonable as long as you don't cross over that line between fantasy and reality.

*blinks* What are you smoking? Even by the bible, god hasn't defeated satan. And its extremely twisted that you would ever think that the "doom" of anyone is a good thing, even someone evil.

Christians are so weird.

If It Wasn't for Jesus Christ Risen from The Dead---I'd a been a Goner.

But, I wish I could Kill That S.O.B. (satan and his bad angels) myself.
(I Would if I Could, but Can't.)

Thanky Jesus!!!
for Salvation!

p.s. satan is an angel gone wrong, not a Human Being with Human Feelings and Emotions.

I find no happiness in knowing that any of God's creation is doomed to eternal hell. I wish that Satan could bring himself to repentance, but I also know that he is much too proud to do so. It is a lesson for all of us. If we will humble ourselves before God we will find mercy. But if we are too proud to confess our sins before Him, then we are doomed.

There is no Satan....and it's actually kind of weird that you seem to spend alot of time in thought on this issue. This time could be better spent elsewhere.
