What language does God speak when talking to you? Does he talk loud? Does he have an accent? Does he talk to you not by words, but by thought? How do you know those aren't your thoughts?

@the Waco kid, No, I assure you I am mentally stable. Why are people considered insane when they question anything about religion? Perhaps it would be better for me to be a sheep as well.

@Monkey Chunks, If I write a book, will people believe it thousands of years later? What makes you so sure that the Bible is true? Is it true because it says it is true? I, personally, have never seen a miracle, but would love to see one.

@Jennifer, God speaks with love? How do you justify such a statement? Christians overuse the word love; it's unfortunate that anything they say about God and his love, makes no sense.
Religion uses some of our basic emotions to draw us in, let us not forget that monkeys have emotions too though, is God speaking to them?

@sheservesgod, A few people are accusing me of being crazy, but if you hear voices in your head, perhaps it is you are the one that needs help?

@sdb deacon, So, you are having dificulty distinguishing thoughts in your head. You say that only the good ones must be coming from God, and I'm sure some people may also see a problem there. You are attributing normal thoughts to God, but you run into a problem when you have bad thoughts, so of course you say those can't belong to him. Maybe you can solve that problem an even easier way by denying the existence of invisible people in your head.

God doesn't speak to me because I don't believe in him.

possibly, God spoke to Moses in notwithstanding language Moses used; probable an historical variety of Aramaic/Hebrew. needless to say if God spoke to Moses in a language that Moses did no longer be attentive to, Moses does no longer have understood, for this reason rendering the verbal substitute ineffective. Jesus could have spoken Aramaic, and probable Greek and Hebrew, as those have been the languages of Palestine in His time. Now, on condition that God is all-powerful, God is familiar with all languages; for this reason He is familiar with anyone. Likewise, if one believes that Jesus is God, then Jesus additionally could have prevalent all languages; He only used those that His listeners could have understood.

God speaks in our own language he is the inventor of language
sometimes out loud
sometime in a still small voice
by thought, the word of God, or a word, dreams,, visions
and sometimes by the written word of others that make it known to us what we need at that time
not our thoughts when we are not expecting it at all
it comes from out of no where

I don't know what language He is speaking, but I hear His words in the English language in my thoughts. I can't always know if they're my thoughts or His. But I do know any thoughts that disagree with scripture are not from God.
Edited to add:
You're putting words into my answer. I never said that every good thought I have is from God. Or are you just trying to ridicule everyone on here who believes in God?

Yiddish! I know a few words but don't speak the language and am not Jewish. He always starts in English saying "so, this Rabbi and this Priest go into a bar" then this long, drawn out stuff in Yiddish with God laughing uncontrollably at the end.

Still silent voice. You must be free from your ego, you must be sensitive to your spirit, for when God speaks to you it is not in a literal language you pick up with your ears. You hear it with your soul. Those of you who have been here know what I am talking about--His still silent voice.

God uses many medians to communicate with me. It can be through music, prayer, reading His word, a message (Sermon), someone else, etc.
It's a lot like when I hear a song being sung in Hebrew. My mind doesn't understand because I don't speak Hebrew but my spirit does, I usually begin to weep because it touches my soul.

English, by thought. But a masculine thought-voice. I know they aren't my thoughts because I feel His Energy and don't think with male thought-voice. I am sure He can communicate with others in whatever way they need. He has communicated through dreams also, appearing in masculine form.

God does not speak to people directly.
He speaks to people through the Bible in wahtever language their Bible version is in.
He can perform miracles also which don't require words.
